Preparation for the site: Before applying Tennis Court Paint, dust, oil, alga, and fungus should be cleaned up properly from the court or playground. Then the specific place should be cleaned up. For the new play court, use 120 sandpaper or stone to clean up. For the net finish surface, it must be rough by grinding. For old fungus and alga, use a scraper or soap to clean up. For big holes and unequal surfaces, use cement plaster to make the surface equal. The court or playground should be dried up properly before applying paint to cure it.
Application: Thin up to 20% - 25% by adding clean water with Tennis Court Paint. First, apply 1 coat of paint on the whole court lightly. Then gives at least 6 hours for drying up. Then, the remaining mixed paint or thinning new paint with 20%-25% clean water is applied on the whole court again as a second coat. For a smoother finish and deeper shade, an extra coat of paint can be used. Per litre, coverage is about 80 sqft - 100 sqft.
Special Note: The Idle time for applying paint is a sunny morning. But considering the 24-hour weather condition, Delay to apply paint if there is any possibility of rain or reduced temperature. Putty can be used in the corner of the field or unequal place on the side. Putty should never be used in the center field or inside the field. Stir the paint well before using. Use a clean brush and roller for proper application. It is better not to use chalk powder for getting accurate color. Tightly close the lid after every uses so that air does not harm the paint. Clean all equipment with water immediately after use.
