Widely used Synthetic Clear Varnish is based on high-quality alkyd resin. It is highly bright, and smooth, and has high resistance to rust and termite. Synthetic Clear Varnish is specially used on woodwork & metallic work, which is usable in all-weather for both the interior and exterior of the room.
Preparation for the site: Before applying paint, use thinner to clean up dust, oil, grease, and micro-object properly from a specific place. Use 180 sandpaper to remove old paint, and separate dust, oil, and rust to smooth the surface.
Application: Thin up to 5% by adding Thinner T-1 with 1 litre of Synthetic Clear Varnish. Then, use 1 coat of thinner mixed synthetic clear varnish and gives 18 hours for drying up. Then, use 320-400 sandpaper to clean the surface lightly. Then, Use thinner mixed clear varnish as 2 coats. For a better and smoother finish, 3 coats of thinner mixed Synthetic Clear Varnish can be applied outside of the room. For woodwork, per litre coverage is about 130 sqft - 150 sqft. For metal work, per litre coverage is about 150 sqft - 170 sqft.
Special Note: Use a clean brush for proper application. Clean brush and other instruments with thinner immediately after use. Tightly close the lid of the container if mixed paint is not used. As it is a flammable liquid, so keep away from the flammable liquid during applying paint or drying time of paint.
