Preparation for the site: Before applying paint, dust, oil and separated micro object should be cleaned up properly from wall. For new wall, use sand paper or stone and for old wall, use a scrapper to clean up. Wall should be dried up properly before applying paint to cure.
Step-1: Thin up to 1:1 by adding clean water with Salt Seal. After applying it on wall it will take 1-2 hours to get the wall dried up. Salt Seal is applicable for both interior and exterior wall. Per litre coverage is about 90 sft - 100 sft.
Step-2: For covering different flaws or imperfections, and ensuring smoothness, use Puttelite Wall Putty. It will take 3 - 4 hours to get the wall dried up.
Step-3: Use extra 1 coat Salt Seal can be used after using wall putty if there is a chance of more salt damp.
Special Note: Salt seal primer is essential especially for coastal area or if there is a chance of salt damp. Stir the salt seal well before using. Use clean brush and roller for proper application. Tightly close the lid after every uses so that air does not harm the paint. Clean all equipments with water immediately after uses.
PRECAUTIONS
- Do not add extra water for dilution.
- Always add powder to the liquid.
- Do not expose the applied substrate to water until it's cured.
