Floor Mask Self-Leveling Epoxy is based on high-quality epoxy and polyamine resin. It is highly bright and smooth, and it is highly resistant to rust, adverse weather, and bacteria. Floor mask self-leveling epoxy paint is useable, especially for heavy industry and factories, garment factories, medicine factories, hospitals, commercial floors, and other floors.
Preparation for the site: before applying paint, clean up oily and greasy matter from the specific matter. Use the grinding machines to equal the unequal portion of the floor and make the floor rough properly which is very helpful to use the primer perfectly. Then clean up the whole floor with a mop or vacuum machine. Kept in mind, Is any leak of water from any side of the floor? (If it is leaked that must be cured immediately). For the new floor, the floor should be cured before 28 days of applying the topcoat. Use 60-grit sandpaper where the floor is unequal.
Step-1: Use mixing primer on the floor which is lied of self-leveling clear base and a self-leveling curing agent on the floor. Give 16-24 hours for drying up.
Step-2: To get the specific density of the floor mask self-leveling topcoat, use mixing topcoat, which is consisted of a self-leveling base, hardener, and aggregate as per guidelines. Coverage is dependable on millimeters (density). Maintenance: Use roller/brush, spike roller, Steel trowel, and height-adjustable steel spreader for proper application. Clean brush and other instruments immediately after use. Tightly close the lid of the container if mixed paint is not used.
