Preparation for the site: Before applying paint, use thinner to clean up oil, and grease properly from a specific place. Use 120 emery paper to remove old paint, separated dust, and rust.
 
Step-1: For steel and iron or metallic surface, use Elite Paint Victory U Anti Corrosive Red Oxide/Zinc Phosphate as a primer. For non-metallic surfaces, use Elite Paint Wood Primer or undercoat. Then give 18 - 24 hours for dry up.
 
Step-2: Thin up to 10% by adding Elite paint GP Thinner with 1 litre Rupali Aluminium Paint. For a better and smoother finish, use 2 coats of Rupali Aluminium Paint. Give 18 hours in between each coat. Per litre, coverage is about 180 sqft - 200 sqft.
 
Special Note: Rupali Aluminium Paint is kept in a dual pack. Before applying paint, stir to mix varnish with Rupali Aluminium Paint properly. Stir it sometimes during the time of application. It is better to use spray for application for getting good results. Rupali Aluminium Paint is capable to prevent the heat of 100-1200 Celsius. Use a clean brush for proper application. Clean brush and other instruments with thinner immediately after use. Tightly close the lid of the container if all the mixed paint is not used.
