Preparation for the site: To ensure maximum adhesion the substrate must be thoroughly clean, free from grease, oil rust, mill scale, or any other contaminant. Cleaning may be carried out either by shot blasting, solvent, or chemical degreasing. For Applications where high corrosion or chemical resistance is required, the substrate should be chemically treated before applying powder coating.
Application Method: Elite Powder coating is applied with a corona electrostatic power spray gun. An expert painter or contractor is needed for this application process. Get help from the nearest representative of Elite Paint. For more understanding, follow the guidelines of Industrielite technical manual of Elite Paint (page number is 97-99).
Special Note: Spray in a well-ventilated place. For painting in a place with insufficient ventilation, wear a suitable respiratory mask, avoid contact with the eye and use protective glasses where there are chances of splashes. In the event of an accidental splash on the eye, wash your eyes with sufficient water and obtain a doctor’s suggestion.
