Widely used Hammelite Hammer Finish paint is based on high-quality alkyd resin. It is highly bright, and smooth, and it is highly resistant to rust and adverse weather. Hammelite Hammer Finish is used on metallic objects, especially usable for steel almirah and any other steel furniture.
Preparation for the site: Before applying paint, dust, oil, and grease should be cleaned up properly from the specific place. Any kind of unequal or bending portion should be equaled. Use 120 sandpaper or emery paper to remove old paint, dust, and oil.
Step-1: The application of the sealer is dependable completely on the surface. Give at least 18 - 24 hours for dry up.
Step-2: At first, Apply 1 coat of paint lightly after thinning Hammelite Hammer Finish paint as per requirement. After 10 minutes, thin paint as per requirement and then apply it on the required place as a topcoat. For small grain, thin it a little more, and for big grain, thin it a little less. Use our X brand or Hammer Brand copal varnish for getting a good pattern. Do not spray over that should be kept in mind because excess falling paint can break down the pattern. Per litre, coverage is about 120 sqft - 130 sqft.
Special Note: The pressure of air should be kept at 50-60 pounds per sqft. The difference between the spray machine and the surface is kept at 9”(inch). Clean spray and other instruments with thinner immediately after use. It is better to stir the mixed paint at a stretch or continually to get the same pattern.
